This Rules and Regulation Especially for Software and Web Development

During Form and Report designing and development phase of development cycle, client must provide layout of the each Form and Report with full description of Fields as and when required.

After Form and Report designing any changes in designing, logic and database at that time charges are extra.

During designing, coding and reports phase of development cycle, client not provide layout of the each Form, Report and also Description of Fields as and when required then project will be delay and we are not responsible for that.

Payment should be made as per terms of payment otherwise project work will be stop.

Project cost is decided upon the client’s requirement. If client’s requirement is changed during ongoing project or at the end of project, client has to bear extra charges as applicable.

If the project is cancelled under any circumstances, client is not entitled to receive any payment return.

In future any updating, maintenance or advancement in the project will be chargeable extra as and when applicable. Services charges will be payable on the spot.

Final copy of the project will be delivered only after receipt of the remaining full payment.

Software Development Cost excludes product service and updating charges.

Client must kept copy of project’s Package related information and as well as project’s related rules and regulation for future reference.

Application Runtimes, Installation, Software, Networking, Hardware and Data related support will be not provided by us. If you required this support then client has to bear extra charges as applicable.

Company not accepts responsibility of Computer and Application data.
